For over 20 years, Ashley has guided individuals through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and equine-assisted therapy, integrating cutting-edge clinical modalities with holistic practices. She believes that every moment, met fully, carries the potential for profound growth and has dedicated much of her work to helping individuals navigate healing from trauma, addiction and loss. Her love of travel and diverse landscapes has led to guide retreats to sacred places around the world. Ashley sees each retreat as an opportunity for transformation, for herself, as a facilitator, and for her retreat attendees .
As the founder and CEO of the Tirtha Foundation, Ashley brings her clinical training, holistic vision, and global experiences to programming that supports
healing and renewal.
Mollie Church
Chief Financial Officer

Mollie Church is a seasoned Fortune 500 technology professional with deep experience in product and program management. She is passionate about financial efficiency and ensuring that resources are used wisely to support the foundation's mission.
Mollie's known not only for her strategic vision and leadership, but for bringing heart, clarity, and a grounded presence into every space she enters.
A lifelong animal lover and devoted traveler, Mollie offers rare insight and soulful perspective to the board of the Tirtha Foundation. She resides in
Apex, NC, with her husband, son, and a small pack of rescued rat terriers.


Sophie King
Social Media & Outreach

Sophie brings authenticity and heart to our social media and outreach efforts, drawing from her own lived experiences. As Tirtha Foundation’s Secretary and Social Media & Outreach Coordinator, she is dedicated to sharing our mission and helping people who need support find their way to our services. Sophie understands the power of recovery, resilience, and genuine connection, and she uses storytelling to remind others they are not alone and that healing can take many forms. She lives with her partner Cliff, her daughter Sloane, and their very loved pets, Devo, Peanut, and Zeus
Jane Ransdell
Consultant & Board Member

Born in Raleigh and rooted in Greensboro since 2000, Jane Ransdell is a retired Registered Nurse whose heart lies in supporting people on their healing journeys. After working at Fellowship Hall, an inpatient treatment center for addiction, she continued her service through board work focused on mental health and recovery. Sober since 2017, Jane brings deep empathy, insight, and hope to every role she serves. She shares her home with three dogs and two cats who, in addition to her daughter Sara, age 24, keep her life
joyful and full of love.
